Alright, today we are listening to Viva La Vida by Coldplay, the first single off their 2007 album of the same name. This song describes rising and falling. Sometimes we find ourselves at the top, looking down at an inevitable fall. Sometimes its lonely at the top, Coldplay explains. Alright, today we are listening to Closer To Love by Mat Kearney. This track is hot off the presses, Mat’s album “City of Black & White” released yesterday.This song is about finding joy in the darkest of situations, even if it looks like the dark will never clear. “I guess we are all just one phone call from out knees” pretty much sums it up. Mat tells us to hold on, we are gonna get there soon. Mat uses his faith to help others come closer to the true love we all need. Enjoy!
